The description of the requirment is required on behalf of United States Coast Guard (USCG).The United States Coast Guard would like to procure a more in-depth and detailed cleaning of the Enterprise Data Center (EDC) and Information Processing Nodes (IPN) located within C5ISC locations along the East Coast: C5ISC Kearneysville, West Virigina, C5ISC Alexandria, Virigina, and C5ISC Chesapeake, Virigina. Background: ISD-DCI provides the physical space necessary to host and operate the Coast Guard's EDC and IPN. A clean data center environment is necessary to maintain all equipment functionality. While ISD-DCI is staffed to maintain a routine level of cleanliness, this scope will define services above the standard for a more in-depth and detailed cleaning of the EDC and IPNs.

Factors that are being evaluated are as follows:

Prior Experience: Vendor must demonstrate prior experience of cleaning a data center, with a minimum of 10,000 sqft of raised floor access tile and overhead cable tray systems, where specialized testing was performed that conformed to ASHRAE, ISO 14644 & IEST Standards for cleanrooms and data centers.

Set Aside: 100% Small Business Set-Aside

The purchase order resulting from this solicitation will be issued as a FIRM-FIXED PRICE (FFP) purchase order on an SF1449 document.
