About this opportunity
The 144 Fighter Wing of the Air National Guard is seeking lodging accommodations to support drill training from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027. The Department of the Army National Guard is requesting quotes for both single and double occupancy hotel rooms that meet Federal, State, Local, and commercial standards, with facilities required to be located within 10 miles of Fresno Air National Guard Base. Key requirements include 24-hour check-in/check-out service, daily housekeeping, emergency response capabilities, and passage of a security vulnerability assessment evaluating general safety, fire safety, physical security, and crime history. The Government will evaluate proposals based on compliance with Performance Work Statement specifications and security assessment results (weighted as significantly more important than price), followed by price and offered capacity. The solicitation was initially posted February 20, 2026, with an original due date of February 27, 2026; however, Amendment 1, issued March 30, 2026, extended the response deadline to April 2, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time, and quoters must acknowledge this amendment on SF 30 sections 15A, B, and C to be considered for award.
This procurement is designated as a 100 percent small business set-aside under NAICS code 721110 with a $40 million size standard, with particular emphasis on women-owned small businesses. No incumbent contractors are identified in the solicitation materials. Amendment 1 reduced the total lodging requirement from 1,650 rooms to 1,540 rooms, consisting of 385 single occupancy room nights (CLIN 0001) and 1,155 double occupancy room nights (CLIN 0002) distributed across multiple drill dates throughout the contract period, with the Government intending to award multiple Firm Fixed Price contracts to 3-4 contractors. The Government has not disclosed a specific budget value and notes that funds are not presently available for award, though it intends to make award if funds become available and prices are deemed fair and reasonable. All work will be performed in Fresno, California 93727, with quoters required to submit pricing electronically to jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil and justin.scales.1@us.af.mil, and all submitted offers must remain valid through May 30, 2026.
