The amendment, numbered 0001 with an effective date of 30 March 2026, reduces the total lodging quantity required over the contract term from 1,650 rooms to 1,540 rooms. The response due date has been extended from 27 February 2026 to 2 April 2026 at 3:00 PM.

The 144 Fighter Wing is seeking lodging services to support drill training near Fresno Air National Guard Base in Fresno, California, with services required from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2027. Two contract line items (CLINs) have been modified: CLIN 0001 quantity reduced from 480 to 385 rooms (-95 rooms), and CLIN 0002 quantity reduced from 1,320 to 1,155 rooms (-165 rooms). The solicitation is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS code 721110 and intends to award multiple Firm Fixed Price contracts to 3-4 contractors. Quoters must provide a price quote on SF 1449 with separate single and double occupancy room rates that remain constant throughout the contract period, a schedule of items with daily room night breakdowns, a list of proposed lodging facilities, and representations and certifications. Quotes must be submitted electronically to jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil and justin.scales.1@us.af.mil. The amendment specifies detailed single and double room reservation requirements by date throughout the contract period, with single rooms ranging from 16-18 per night and double rooms ranging from 42-57 per night. Quoters may submit partial quotes representing approximately one-third of capacity for consideration. The government reserves the right to spread capacity equally across contractors as amended in the solicitation instructions.
