5.1 At a minimum, offeror submissions must include the following:
5.1.1 Price quote (SF1449).
When completing the SF1449 be sure to complete block 17a with your Cage Code, business name, and address, complete signature blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c. The SF1449 should have the overall price for CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 annotated when submitting an offer.
5.1.2 Schedule of Items.
This schedule provides all required details with a breakdown of offered room nights per day. A room night price is required for single and double occupancy rooms. The single room and double room rates may differ. A dominate room rate is desired for the duration of the contract though variation can occur to adjust for market conditions. Maximum quantities are currently presented on the schedule and a partial quote may be provided by reducing the quantities as desired. A contractor may provide a full quote or may provide a partial quote with approximately a third of capacity to be considered for award. Taxes may apply when supporting military lodging and quoters must verify tax policies with lodging vendors. The quoted rate must be the full rate of the room to include any associated fees and taxes.
5.1.3 Schedule of Items. Properties.
A list of proposed lodging facilities with the hotel name and address must be provided to be considered for award.
5.1.4 Representations & Certifications.
All fill-in provisions must be provided unless they are addressed in your annual SAM registration.
5.2 Offerors are cautioned to strictly comply with all instructions within this solicitation to ensure submission of a complete quote. Failure to furnish a complete quote, at the time of submission, may result in the quote being unacceptable to the Government and eliminated from consideration for award.
5.3 Offers shall be submitted electronically to the following email addresses:
jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil; justin.scales.1@us.af.mil
6.0 Notice to Offerors
This effort is a high priority requirement in support of the National Guard. Funds are not presently available to make award. If funds become available for award and prices are deemed fair and reasonable, it is the Government's intent to make award. This is not a commitment of funds or contract award.
