About this opportunity
The United States Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center is issuing a draft Request for Proposal and Fair Opportunity Proposal Request for Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) Sustainment, Engineering, and Integration Services, with an industry comment deadline of March 16, 2026. This procurement is set aside for total small business.
The Air Force is seeking vendor feedback on draft requirement documents for a planned Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract vehicle rather than making a binding solicitation. Vendors requesting access to Controlled Unclassified Information documents will be vetted through the ESS security office. Work is performed at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts.
The RFI invites comment on four primary areas: the draft IDIQ Performance Work Statement, IDIQ contract gating criteria, draft Task Order-1 scope and execution feasibility, and Section L&M evaluation criteria. Vendors must address specific topics including technical data requirements, identified risks and mitigation strategies, transition-in and transition-out timelines for warehouse operations and field service representative support, software team establishment, support for multiple C-sUAS systems, Original Equipment Manufacturer teaming considerations, Government Depot coordination, Contract Data Requirements Lists and Data Item Descriptions, labor category sufficiency, and Contract Line Item structure.
Responses must not exceed 20 pages plus a one-page cover letter and are due by March 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST. Submit questions and comments to Mr. Robert Gill, Ms. Kristen Rienzo, and Captain Adam Factor at the specified Air Force email addresses. Both small and other-than-small businesses are encouraged to respond.
