About this opportunity
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is seeking to award a single or multiple Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for bus driver and safety attendant security training services in Germany, Benelux (Belgium and The Netherlands), and the United Kingdom. The training will cover topics such as terrorism awareness, crimes against children, vehicle inspections, surveillance detection, incident reporting, and emergency response procedures. Offerors must demonstrate their approach to selecting qualified instructors, developing training curriculum, and reporting on training effectiveness. Proposals will be evaluated for technical acceptability, relevant past performance, and price reasonableness.
This solicitation is open to all interested parties, with no set-aside designation. There are no incumbent contractors, as the services were previously provided under separate student transportation service contracts. The government estimates the value of the contract(s) across the base and option periods, but has not provided a specific budget range. The services will be performed at various locations in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom over a multi-year period.
