Offerors must demonstrate technical capability to service these specific systems, maintain compliance with safety regulations, and provide past performance documentation for three recent, relevant contracts. The government will use the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method to select the winning contractor. Questions regarding the solicitation were due by 4:00 PM EST on June 4, 2025, with quotations originally due June 11, 2025, but amended to extend the deadline to June 13, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST via email submission to Contracting Officer Terri Davis.
This procurement is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238290 (Other Building Equipment Contractors), restricting competition to small business concerns. Services will be performed at the DFAS-Limestone Operating Location at Building 3502, 27 Arkansas Road, Limestone, ME 04750, located at the Loring Commerce Center. The solicitation requires firm-fixed price quotations and mandates that offerors maintain active SAM.gov registration to be eligible for award. No incumbent contractor information or specific budget ranges were disclosed in the available documentation, though the procurement focuses specifically on maintaining two hydraulic passenger elevators to ensure operational continuity at this defense finance facility.
