The project will be performed in Delaware City, Delaware, with a short timeline requiring commencement within two weeks of contract issuance. Contractors must submit pricing information, CAGE code, and Unique Entity Identification number as part of their proposal. The project involves careful handling of native and non-native fish species, with non-native species to be killed and disposed of according to DNREC regulations.
