The Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command is seeking a Design-Build (DB) contractor to construct a single-story warehouse facility at a Royal Thai Air Force base in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The project requires designing and constructing a column-free warehouse approximately 54 meters by 18 meters, with a minimum 7-meter clear headroom and industrial-grade loading capabilities. Contractors must adhere to international building codes including IBC, UFC, FAA, and ICAO standards, as well as Thai government regulations. A mandatory Pre-Proposal Site Visit (PPSV) is tentatively scheduled for June-July 2025, with contractors required to submit a Base Access Request (BAR) form by June 6, 2025, at 11:00 am Thailand Time. Interested contractors must retain a geotechnically licensed engineer and integrate sustainable design principles into the project.
