Work must be completed within 180 calendar days from contract award during normal working hours (Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding Federal holidays). All work shall comply with applicable federal, state, and local building codes, environmental regulations, manufacturer's installation standards, and industry best practices. The Government and tenants are responsible for disconnecting and removing personal belongings, providing worksite access and utilities. A Contracting Officer's Representative will serve as the Government's point of contact.
