The performance period is scheduled from September 30, 2025, through May 30, 2026, providing approximately eight months for project completion. Key project specifications include installing 900 feet of 2-inch SDR11 HDPE water pipe, boring under a state highway, and achieving specific flow rates of 15 gallons per minute from the new well pump system. The project falls under NAICS code 237110 for Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, indicating the specialized nature of the utility infrastructure work required.
