The purpose of this Amendment is to: (1) provide the Government's responses to industry questions and (2) extend the solicitation closing date  The following changes are made as a result of this amendment:

- The solicitation closing date is hereby extended from December 14, 2020, 2:00PM EST to December 17, 2020, 2:00PM EST.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” in conjunction with FAR 13.5 and FAR 19.8, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

(1).  This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 86615621Q00002.

(2).  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-02 dated October 23, 2020.

(3).  Set-Aside Applicable to this Procurement and the Associated NAICS Code: This requirement is set-aside for 8(a) Small business concerns on a competitive basis. 541350 – “Building Inspection Services”/541611 – “Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services” with a size standard of $8M and $16.5M, respectively. The anticipated contract type is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
