The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) George C. Marshall Space Flight Center is seeking proposals for the Consolidated Program Support Services Program Planning & Control II (CPSS PP&C II) contract to provide comprehensive program planning and control services along with programmatic subject matter expert support. The scope includes PP&C Integration, Program Analysis, Earned Value Management, Cost Estimating and Cost Analysis, Resource Data Storage and Retrieval Analysis Center, Scheduling and Scheduling Analysis, and Risk Integration and Quantitative Risk Analysis, as well as strategic program planning, alternatives analysis, project review, and special studies. The primary purpose of Amendment 0002 is to provide the revised Attachment J-18, as noted in Block 14 of the amendment.
Offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the amended solicitation in its entirety. Furthermore, it also remains each offeror's responsibility to continue monitoring sam.gov for any future amendment(s) to this solicitation.
