This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A site visit will be held on Tuesday, 25 March 2025 at approximately 1:00 PM CDT. Offerors attending the site visit will meet in front of Bldg. 5345 at 345 Davis Ave West located on Barksdale AFB, LA. Those planning to attend the site visit must RSVP no later than Monday, 24 March 2025 at 3:30 PM CDT. The names of all anticipated site visit attendees must be emailed to SSgt Tyler Parsons, Contract Specialist, at tyler.parsons.3@us.af.mil and SrA Alisia Davis, Contracting Officer, at alisia.davis@us.af.mil. Emails should include company name and phone number along with the names and contact information of all individuals that will be attending on the company’s behalf. Emails should also indicate whether or not the attendees will need to be sponsored on to Barksdale. Offerors who do not already have base access will need their Driver’s License, vehicle registration, and insurance to receive a base visitor’s pass. Individuals may obtain a visitor’s pass at the address listed below: 

  • Contractors driving a noncommercial vehicle will meet at the Shreveport West Gate Visitor Center, located at Wilbur Wright Dr, Barksdale AFB 71110

Site visit attendance is highly recommended; however, it is not mandatory. Any questions arising at the site visit shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer in writing by the date and time specified below. Only answers provided in writing by the Contracting Officer will be contractually binding.
