About this opportunity

Naval Supply Systems Command seeks qualified personnel to provide preventive maintenance, non-scheduled maintenance, and repair services for government-owned galley equipment across Commander Navy Region Mid-Atlantic installations, with quotes due September 1, 2026. The procurement is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business set-aside, restricting competition to SBA-certified WOSB entities only.

Place of performance spans Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Yorktown, Virginia, across six naval installations: Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Naval Air Station Oceana, Naval Support Activity Northwest Annex, Norfolk Naval Station, Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, and Naval Air Station Oceana Dam Neck Annex. The equipment scope includes approximately 400+ pieces of commercial kitchen assets (convection ovens, refrigeration units, ice machines, grills, kettles, pot-and-pan washers, and beverage dispensers) detailed in Attachment 1.

The base contract period runs 12 months (October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027), with four optional 12-month extension periods and one optional 6-month extension. The contractor must perform preventive maintenance on manufacturer schedules (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually), respond to non-scheduled maintenance requests within 12 hours, provide written documentation of all work, and configure and train users on an Agiloft maintenance/repair automation system with five named user licenses and unlimited end-user licenses for up to ten users. Technical representative letters for the majority of equipment are acceptable; full accreditations are not required. Contractor personnel must hold DoD CAC credentials and complete background investigations, antiterrorism training, and OPSEC training; formal security clearance is not required. DBIDS badges satisfy facility access requirements. The NAICS code is 811310 and PSC is J073. All work is firm fixed-price. Amendment N0018926QW3330001, issued August 27, extended the due date from August 27 to September 1 and requires acknowledgment of receipt.
