Key qualifications include having factory-certified telecommunications contractors with a minimum of three years of experience in system application, installation, and testing, as well as registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Critical dates include a mandatory site visit on July 29, 2025, at 8:00 AM CST, with offers due by August 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM CST.

This solicitation is set aside for Total Small Business, specifically targeting Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) under NAICS code 517112 with a size standard of 1,500 employees. No current incumbents or contractors are specifically mentioned in the documentation, though the solicitation has been amended twice to incorporate revised statements of objectives and post-site visit questions. While specific contract values are not disclosed in the summary materials, the procurement follows a firm fixed-price arrangement structure using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The performance period is established from September 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026, with a 120-day completion timeline for the actual installation work. All work will be performed at Hurlburt Field Air Force Base in Florida, specifically in Building 90834, which houses the Ghostrider Hanger facility and requires installation in areas classified as hazardous (C1D1), with the system including a minimum of 24 hours of battery backup capability.
