This posting is an Invitation for Bids. Respondees are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this solicitation; all costs associated with responding to this solicitation will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this solicitation does not preclude participation in any future IFB, if one is issued. The due date and time for submission of bids is contained in the solicitation package. Type of Reward
The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract using SEALED BIDDING. The disclosure of magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000 IAW FAR 36.204(d). The acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210, with a small business standard of $15M.


Requirement
Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement for the following: Install a new system to include both fire alarm and mass notification functions, additional equipment, as related to voice annunciating features, will be required where the complement of these systems is larger than existing systems. The contractor shall provide all engineering, labor, equipment, and materials to perform the work required, in strict accordance with specification and applicable drawings at Eielson AFB Alaska. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations.
