This procurement is restricted to four pre-selected M&R MACC contractors holding specific Navy IDIQ contracts: T.E. Place of performance is Building 217 at Camp Lejeune, NC 28547. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 4, 2026 at 9:00 AM at Building WC100. Work scope includes installation of a new 3-foot by 7-foot solid core door with cipher lock in the waiting room, construction of approximately 20 linear feet of steel-framed security partition with sound attenuation insulation and drywall, installation of new gypsum wallboard in the corridor and exam rooms, repair of suspended ceiling, and preparation and painting of approximately 4,500 square feet of wall surface across rooms 101–111. Wood trim must be added to all existing door frames and painted to match. The contractor must field-verify all measurements and furnish all qualified personnel, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, and tools.
Contract completion is 180 days after award. Estimated cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. Award will be made to the lowest-priced responsive bidder. Bid bond, payment bond, and performance bond requirements apply based on proposal value: no bonds for proposals under $35,000; payment bond only for $35,000–$149,999; all three bonds for $150,000 and greater. Executive Orders 13706 and 13658 requirements apply to covered workers. The facility remains operational during construction; contractors must minimize interference with normal operations. Acknowledgment of Amendments 0001, 0002, and 0003 is required with proposal submission. NAICS 236220; PSC Z1JZ. Point of contact: Dawn Gilmore, (847) 393-3286.
