About this opportunity
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking to establish a single award blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for LED light fixtures, modular wiring, lighting controls components, and other associated materials. This is an open market, brand name or equal, simplified acquisition set aside 100% for small businesses. The BPA will have a period of performance of up to 12 months, with no single delivery order exceeding $250,000. Award will be based on a best value determination, with technical acceptability as the most important factor, followed by price and delivery/lead time. Questions are due by June 24, 2024, and quotes are due by July 3, 2024.
The BPA is intended to incrementally upgrade lighting at the FBI CJIS Division Campus in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Prospective vendors must complete a provided pricing template with unit prices and lead times for the listed materials, which include various LED fixtures, modular wiring, and lighting control components from manufacturers like Lithonia Lighting, Oracle Lighting, and Acuity Brands.
