Estimated project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.

The contractor is responsible for utility location, site clearing, debris removal, obtaining Clallam County on-site sewage permits, and Department of Ecology Notice of Intent; these costs are incorporated into bid items. Prevailing wage rates apply under Davis-Bacon (General Decision WA20260081). Pre-construction submittals are due at least five days before work begins. A mandatory pre-construction meeting and minimum five continuous days of dry weather are required before commencement. The contractor must notify the Contracting Officer's Representative 24 hours before final backfill inspection.

Award is price-only under FAR Part 13. Quotations must be submitted electronically in PDF format to Robert.Miller2@ihs.gov.
