The USPFO for Nebraska, located at the Lincoln Air National Guard Base, Lincoln, Nebraska, is issuing the included Invitation For Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for BASEWIDE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING CONSTRUCTION AT THE LINCOLN AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, LINCOLN, NEBRASKA. Construction services will consist of the replacement of HVAC systems in 9 buildings as stated in the solicitation documents and includes but is not limited to replacing several existing R-22 condensers and heat pump systems with high efficiency air conditioning systems. The Direct Digital Controls and electrical systems associated with the units will also be modified and/or upgraded. Portions of this project are located in secure areas of the Nebraska Air National Guard installation. See the Drawings and Specifications for complete information. Work under this contract includes all materials, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the work required for the construction of this project.
