The Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking quotations for the installation of an in-ground water pump system at the Imperial National Wildlife Refuge in Yuma, Arizona, under solicitation 140FC126Q0013. This solicitation is set aside exclusively for small business concerns under NAICS code 237110 (Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction) with a small business size standard of $45.0 million. The estimated construction contract price is less than $25,000, representing a firm fixed-price procurement. Work must commence within 10 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed and be completed within 3 consecutive workdays, operating during normal duty hours Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The project will be performed at Imperial National Wildlife Refuge located at 12812 N. Wildlife Way, Yuma, Arizona 85365. Respondents must comply with Davis-Bacon wage rate requirements applicable to Yuma County, Arizona, as well as Buy American construction materials requirements, and no performance or payment bonds are required for this contract.
