The procurement encompasses 24/7/365 remote help desk support with a 90-second average speed of answer, unlimited onsite field technician dispatch during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM) with a two-day response requirement, software updates and upgrades, manufacturer warranty coordination, system wiring and connection maintenance, and battery backup management. The contractor must provide an online incident reporting portal and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
