About this opportunity
Luke Air Force Base, under Air Education and Training Command, anticipates a requirement for audio-visual system design, installation, and integration at Building 9004, with a sources-sought response deadline of June 2, 2026; the procurement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
This is market research only—not a commitment to award or a request for quotation. The NAICS code is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) with a $34 million size standard. Respondents should submit brief company descriptions including annual revenues, employee count, socio-economic status (8(a), HUBZ, SDVOSB, woman-owned, veteran-owned, or small business), anticipated teaming arrangements, and a capabilities package demonstrating prior similar work for government and commercial customers with product specifications.
The Statement of Work requires comprehensive audio-visual system design and installation in Building 9004 at Luke AFB, Arizona, encompassing audio and video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and operator training for up to five individuals. Design documentation must be delivered two weeks before on-site work begins no later than April 1, 2026, with completion by May 30, 2026. Installation occurs during standard business hours (8 AM to 5 PM, Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) and must complete within 30 business days using a three-phase schedule prioritizing secure areas, common areas, and maintenance spaces.
Critical requirements include Trade Agreements Act (TAA) certification with no China-manufactured products, prohibition of wireless capabilities (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC) on displays and speakers in secure areas, fiber-optic cable routing for camera signals crossing facility control lines, government pre-approval of display models, and NIAP-approved KVM switches. The contractor provides one-year labor warranty with four-hour telephonic response time during business hours and must submit installer credentials and work schedules two weeks prior to project start.
