About this opportunity

The United States Air Force Air Combat Command Acquisition Management Integration Center is seeking non-personal services to provide Air Combat Training Systems Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering support at multiple Air Force bases, including locations in the United States, Italy, Germany, and the United Arab Emirates. Services will include maintenance and engineering of ACTS equipment, hardware and software, as well as program management and support. A single award contract will be made to the offeror who provides the best value based on technical approach, past experience, and price. Industry feedback on draft RFP documents is due by March 9, 2022.

This competitive 8(a) set-aside opportunity has a NAICS code of 541513 and PSC code of D302. The incumbent contractor is expected to compete for the follow-on contract, which will provide OM&E support for over 5 years starting in 2023 at 15 different Air Force installations. The total contract value is estimated between $100-150M over the five year period. Support will involve maintaining and operating airborne instrumentation and ground systems for approximately 3,000 sorties annually across 14 active duty and reserve bases.

Time: Report To Visitor Center: 0830; Site Visit: 0900-1200

Number of Attendees Per Vendor: 2 per company, or 4 per joint venture/partner arrangement.  NOTE: If we receive 15 or more attendees, we will determine if another session is required (i.e. morning & afternoon).

Information Required for Base Entry: If you do not have a government Common Access Card (CAC) Card or a Retiree Identification and Privilege Card, please provide the following information: First and Last Name, Date of Birth, Last four (4) digits of SSN, and Driver’s License information (State of issuance/License Number).  NOTE: Upon arrival to the Visitor Center, attendee will be required to provide Rental Agreement (Rental) or Insurance/Registration (POV).
