The agency intends to award a contract valued at $67,970.28 to Advantor Security Systems of Orlando, Florida for supplemental maintenance of PL4 intrusion detection systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems under NAICS code 561621 with a $20.5 million size standard. This procurement falls under FAR 6.301 authority as Advantor is identified as the only responsible source capable of providing the required services without voiding existing warranties. Interested contractors must submit their capabilities information via email to linda.pulaski@us.af.mil by 10:00 PM EST on June 30, 2025, with only email responses being accepted. All firms are encouraged to respond regardless of business size, though this notice explicitly states it is not a request for competitive proposals and no RFQ will be issued. The government reserves full discretion to determine whether to proceed with the proposed sole source contract based on responses received. The maintenance services include a $12,000 parts draw for replacement components, 24/7 technical support with 3-duty-day response times, and compliance with Air Force regulation AFI 31-101 to ensure all security systems operate as designed. Any proposals received will be reviewed and maintained for consideration in future competitive procurement opportunities.
