About this opportunity

The Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) is seeking to establish the Advancing Artificial Intelligence Multiple Award Contract (AAMAC), an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to support the Advana data, analytics, and AI platform. The purpose is to identify qualified sources, including all types of small businesses, to build a competitive ecosystem of digital products and services providers for Advana. The contract will cover a wide range of technical capabilities such as analytics application development, enterprise architecture, systems engineering, DevSecOps, software development, data engineering, and AI/ML. Interested parties must demonstrate their ability to meet the various requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. Responses to the Sources Sought questionnaire are due by October 9, 2024.

This opportunity is not set-aside for any particular small business program. The government plans to award 50-70 IDIQ contracts with a total ceiling of $15 billion over a 10-year period. The AAMAC IDIQ will be awarded through full and open competition, with the potential for future task order competitions limited to small businesses.
