About this opportunity

This Special Notice, published by the General Services Administration (GSA) Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) on December 3, 2025, announces an advance notice for upcoming engagement activities related to a Managed Services Support contract for Government-Owned Pharmaceutical, Medical Supplies, and Medical Equipment at Site G. The notice is not a solicitation itself but rather an invitation to industry partners to participate in pre-solicitation outreach events scheduled for mid-December 2025. The GSA intends to release a full Request for Proposal (RFP) in February 2026 for this managed services requirement. The Federal Acquisition Service will conduct these engagement activities through the Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM). This advance notice allows interested contractors to learn more about the opportunity and clarify requirements prior to formal proposal submission.

The primary objective of this Special Notice is to facilitate communication between the government and potential industry partners before the RFP release, enabling contractors to better understand the scope and requirements for managed services related to pharmaceutical and medical equipment storage, inventory management, and logistics support. All interested Industry Partners must submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by December 12, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. ET to participate in either the Virtual Industry Day on December 16, 2025, or the Virtual Due Diligence sessions on December 17-18, 2025. Attendance at the Industry Day is limited to three representatives per company, while Due Diligence sessions permit up to ten representatives and are limited to individual 45-minute meetings. Interested contractors may submit technical questions in advance by December 15, 2025, and contact points are AAS Contract Specialist Natalia Belinsky and AAS Contracting Officer Elizabeth Steiner. There are no stated set-asides or special eligibility restrictions for participation in these pre-solicitation activities.
