About this opportunity

The General Services Administration (GSA) Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) has issued an advance notice for a future Request for Proposal (RFP) related to managed services for government-owned pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and medical equipment at a designated location referred to as Site G. This special notice invites interested industry partners to participate in virtual due diligence sessions scheduled for Monday, February 2, 2026. The GSA intends to award a contract to a qualified contractor who will be responsible for storing, managing, maintaining, and monitoring the logistics of government-provided medical products and supplies. The advance notice represents an early opportunity for potential offerors to familiarize themselves with the requirement and ask technical questions before the formal RFP is issued in February 2026. This is a civilian acquisition managed through GSA's Federal Acquisition Service.

To participate in the due diligence sessions, interested contractors must execute and submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by the January 28, 2026 deadline at noon Eastern Time. Contractors must request individual 30-minute virtual sessions and submit their requests to Contracting Officer Elizabeth Steiner and Contract Specialist Natalia Belinsky, including company name, point of contact information, and details of up to 10 attendees per entity. The due diligence sessions will address technical questions only; cost and pricing inquiries are not permitted, and sessions will not be recorded or attributed. Advance questions may be submitted by January 28, 2026 to allow the Government adequate time for preparation. The NDA restricts the disclosure of confidential information, including the Agency's identity, Site G's location, specific requirements, and proprietary information, with potential criminal and civil penalties for unauthorized disclosure. There are no stated eligibility restrictions, meaning any qualified contractor capable of providing managed warehousing and logistics services for medical supplies may participate.
