About this opportunity

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking miscellaneous electrical, electronic, and mechanical/industrial products to support National Airspace System (NAS) equipment maintenance, repair and overhaul activities, as well as products required for the Environmental, Occupational, Safety and Health (EOSH) program. This solicitation represents an extension of a previous notice (6973GH-26-A-00001) that closed on October 30, 2025 and will result in multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) awards, with up to three BPAs to be awarded to responsible offerors. Interested vendors must possess a web-based commercial catalog containing products within specific Federal Supply Classification (FSC) categories and must meet all federal contracting compliance requirements, including System for Award Management (SAM) registration and electronic invoicing capabilities. The procurement is being conducted by the FAQ-710 Logistics Center Acquisition at the FAA Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, with Connie M. Houpt serving as the primary contact. The solicitation deadline is December 6, 2025, providing potential offerors with a very limited response window of two days from the posting date of December 4, 2025.

This procurement carries no set-aside designation and is structured as a firm-fixed-price contract with NAICS code 335999 (All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing) and PSC code 5975 (Electrical Hardware and Supplies). Offerors must submit a completed Solicitation, Offer and Award form, representations and certifications, and proof of their web-based commercial catalog meeting the required FSC categories through email to connie.m.houpt@faa.gov. The solicitation establishes a 90-calendar day minimum offer acceptance period for successful offerors. While specific award values and detailed quantity requirements are not disclosed in this notice, the BPA structure indicates ongoing procurement needs for the FAA's NAS maintenance and EOSH operations. Performance location and fulfillment activities are anticipated to support FAA operations nationally, with the primary point of contact located at the Oklahoma City Aeronautical Center.
