About this opportunity
The 316th Contracting Squadron is soliciting proposals to provide access control system services at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. The requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with one base year and four option periods to maintain functionality of access control systems across a 380,000 square foot facility. Contractors who are planning to attend the site visit shall e-mail Cynthia Kahahawai at cynthia.kahahawai@us.af.mil and a carbon copy to Brian Boyd at brian.boyd@us.af.mil. These are the points of contact for base access. The deadline for attendee submissions is no later than June 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. The requested site visit information can be found in the “Site Visit Attendees” attachment and should be utilized to ensure that all required details are captured in your submissions. Attendance is strongly encouraged for all interested vendors. At no time shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Please be advised that due to the COVID-19 social distancing guidelines provided by the CDC, vendors will be allowed to have no more than two (2) company representatives present at the site visit. Face coverings/masks will be required.
