Sixty (60) 22 or 24 inch color monitors suitable for general desktop use.  The monitors must be capable of swiveling to either landscape or portrait mode. Display port must be one of the supported connections to the local computer.   The HP  ZR2240w  is an example of an acceptable monitor but this brand/model is not a specific requirement. The EIZO Single 2.3MegaPixel Color 24"" display and Barco Eonis 24 Clinical Review Monitors are additional examples of acceptable models.
The units shall include all cables, power supplies and accessories required for use.
CLIN 3 is not discussed in the scope section and the manufacturers part number is not provided.
Answer to Question 2:Â Line item 3 is the Barco MXRT 7600 video card to drive the Uniti monitors (See question 1)
Please clarify if you want 21 or 24 displays for CLIN 10. Scope and CLIN list do not agree.
Answer to Question 3:Â Either 22 or 24 inch monitors are acceptable
I have reviewed the new RFQ and can t seem to locate the explanation of recurring service. Am I missing it.
Answer to Question 4: This line item assumed purchase from the VISN PACS contract. It is not required if you purchase from a different agency
In the list of Schedule Supplies- Line item 3 is asking for qty 2 2MP 24 Monitors but in SOW it does not state this item.
Answer to Question 5: Â Â Line item 3 is the Barco MXRT 7600 video card to drive the Uniti monitors (see question 1)
Can you let me know if Line 3 is to be included with the offer or just Line 1, 2, 4 and 10 as the SOW states?
Answer to Question 6: Line item 3 is the Barco MXRT 7600 video card to drive the Uniti monitors (see question 1)
Can you please clarify what are line items 5-9 that you are requesting? I am not finding those part numbers.Â
Answer to Question 7: This line item assumed purchase from the VISN PACS contract. It is not required if you purchase from a different agency
Line 10 shows 24 on the CLIN but in the SOW it states 22 . That is not ours but they recommend an HP 22 so assumption is a 22 display.
Answer to Question 8: There is no preference. Either 22 or 24 inch monitors are acceptable
Line 3 for a 24 display, assume any brand as it does not appear in the SOW.
Answer to Question 9:Â : Line item 3 is the Barco MXRT 7600 video card to drive the Uniti monitors (see question 1)
I can t answer the recurring 1yr on displays as we don t know what that is. We don t have recurring 1 year warranties especially on clinical displays. I believe these are Change healthcare skus?
Answer to Question 10: This line item assumed purchase from the VISN PACS contract. It is not required if you purchase from a different agency
Would you please clarify what is meant by Recurring Service? (CLIN 5-9)
Answer to Question 11: This line item assumed purchase from the VISN PACS contract. It is not required if you purchase from a different agency
Barco is also confused as to what is requested. The monitors have a 5 year manufacturer warranty.
Answer to Question 12: This line item assumed purchase from the VISN PACS contract. It is not required if you purchase from a different agency
