Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 06, Network Contract Office (NCO) 06, intends to solicit quotes from Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractors in the Open Market to procure (Brand Name or Equal) Patient Ceiling Lifts and Installation for the replacement of 106 aging lift systems at the Hampton VA Medical Center located at 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton VA 23667. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment, parts, supervision, and personnel to perform the full replacement of patient lifts, using a Firm-Fixed Price contract as the procurement method.

The Department of Veterans Affairs anticipates issuing an open and continuous solicitation for this requirement on or about February 18, 2026. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Quotes will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. February 26, 2026. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from https://www.sam.gov, and no hard copies will be made available.
