Key requirements include annual structural integrity inspections by a licensed professional engineer, maintenance of combustion control systems, electrical systems, smoke generation equipment, ventilation systems, and repelling anchor points, as well as providing technical telephone support and accommodating up to four emergency maintenance calls per year. The Price Schedule includes separate line items for structural integrity inspections, annual maintenance, repairs and parts, and prop upgrades across five fiscal years (FY26-FY30), though specific dollar amounts are not publicly disclosed in the solicitation documents. The contract will begin on January 19, 2026, and continue through January 18, 2027, as the base year, with four optional one-year renewal periods extending through January 18, 2031. Work will be performed at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado 80912, and contractors must obtain appropriate security clearances, vehicle passes, and comply with base access protocols, including National Agency Checks for all personnel requiring base access.
