Key dates include a site visit on September 9, 2025, questions due by September 12, 2025 at 12:00 PM Central Time, and proposals due on September 16, 2025 at 12:00 PM Central Time.

No incumbent contractors are identified in the documentation, as this appears to be a competitive procurement among all qualifying small businesses. The work must be completed within 60 days from removal to completion, with all materials prepared in advance and coordinated through the 43rd Air Mobility Operations Group Contracting Officer's Representative. The contract includes prevailing wage requirements under the Davis-Bacon Act, with specific wage rates established for Cumberland and Hoke Counties, North Carolina, and may require bid guarantees, payment protections, or performance bonds depending on the final proposed price. All work will be performed at Pope Field, North Carolina, with the contractor responsible for proper waste disposal using state-certified landfills and maintaining detailed waste management records, plus providing a minimum one-year warranty on all materials and workmanship.
