About this file
This document is a Question/Answer Matrix for solicitation FA445225R0039, detailing specific clarifications about door hardware and closure requirements. The matrix covers three key questions regarding door replacements and modifications for Building B753's 1st Floor: (1) contractors are to replace one door closure on one leaf of double doors, with pneumatic door shocks to be replaced but not remote-controlled; (2) interior wood doors require replacement of panic locking mechanisms to ensure proper closing and securing; and (3) four doors on the Flightline side will require exterior key access, marked as item #7. The government's responses provide precise technical guidance about the scope of door hardware work, specifying exact replacement and modification requirements for the specified location.
