Technicians must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, and complete HIPAA and Cyber Awareness training, along with demonstrating competency in logistics management and electronic record keeping. The original deadline for Requests for Information was September 15, 2025 at 11:00 AM ChST, with quotes due by September 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM ChST.
This procurement is designated as a 100% small business set-aside with a size standard of $34 million, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items. The contract structure includes a base year from September 26, 2025 through September 25, 2026, followed by four consecutive one-year option periods and a potential six-month extension, creating a total contract duration of approximately 6.5 years through March 2031. Each full year requires 4,160 total hours (2,080 hours per technician), while the final six-month extension requires 2,080 total hours (1,040 hours per technician). The contract includes predetermined travel budgets of $10,000 per full year and $5,000 for the extension period to support contingency operations throughout the INDOPACIFIC region, including potential deployments to the Marianas, Japan, Philippines, and Australia.
