This Memorandum for Record (MFR) addresses Request for Information (RFI) responses for Solicitation Number FA524025Q0062 for Medical Materiel Technician Services at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The contract covers a base period from 26 Sep 2025 - 25 Sep 2026 with five potential option periods extending through 25 Mar 2031, involving two full-time employees (FTEs) performing medical materiel services. Key clarifications include: the government will provide a forklift, Guam is considered a CONUS location, no SOFA/SPOTS/DBA requirements apply, and a completed DD254 and security clearance are required for contractor employees prior to start date.
Specific RFI responses address technical details such as performance locations within the INDOPACIFIC AOR (including Marianas, Japan, Philippines, and Australia), confirmation that key personnel are not part of the evaluation factor, and a correction to the Option 5 performance period hours (1040 hours for six months, not 2080 hours). The solicitation deadline will not be extended, and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be revised to clarify specific dates. The contract is issued by the Department of the Air Force, Headquarters 36th Wing (PACAF), and involves medical materiel technical services.
