About this opportunity

This solicitation seeks stevedoring and related terminal services at the ports of Beaumont, Corpus Christi, and Port Arthur in Texas. The Department of Defense United States Transportation Command requires a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, management services, facilities, storage, documentation, and security to receive, stage, transfer, tally, check, load and discharge cargo. Offerors must demonstrate the ability to perform these services at all three ports. Proposals are due by April 14, 2020 and will be evaluated based on technical qualifications, past performance, and price.

There is no set-aside designation. The primary NAICS code is 488310 and PSC code is J004. The incumbent contractor is SSA Marine. The potential award value is $200 million over a five-year period from April 2020 to October 2025.
