About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding a solicitation for stevedoring and related terminal services at three ports in Texas. The services required include all labor, equipment, tools, materials and management services to perform tasks such as vessel loading and unloading, cargo receipt and disposition, cargo staging and transfer, tallying and checking, and securing of government cargo. The performance work statement covers these services at the ports of Beaumont, Corpus Christi, and Port Arthur. The document answers questions to clarify commodities and rates at each port location, confirms that mobile cranes will be an out-of-pocket expense, and extends the response date from February 5th to February 12th due to amendments to the performance work statement and schedule of rates.
