Place of performance is Building 1169, Room 120, McConnell AFB, KS 67221. Delivery is required within 30 calendar days of award with FOB Contractor/Destination terms. All contractor personnel must complete McCollell AFB Form 114 background checks via the National Crime Information Center, obtain base identification and vehicle passes, wear distinctive identification while on-site, and comply with installation security policies and fire/safety regulations.
The system comprises a motorized 87" x 139" projection screen, high-brightness laser projector with compatible lens, heavy-duty ceiling mount, HDMI presentation switcher and signal receiver, network-based AV control processor with integrated DSP, seven-inch touchscreen control panel with tabletop stand, managed PoE network switch, dual-channel wireless microphone system with handheld and bodypack transmitters plus lavalier microphone, two-channel 70V audio power amplifier, pendant ceiling loudspeakers, and floor-standing equipment rack. The contractor coordinates initial setup and training within five days of delivery during normal duty hours and must provide comprehensive training covering system overview and touchscreen operations. Vendors must submit three volumes: technical approach (5 pages maximum) addressing system integration, installation timeline, and user training; past performance documentation with up to two references for similar projects completed within the past two years (2 pages per reference); and pricing quotation completing SF 1449. Amendment 0002, effective July 1, added Attachments 2, 3, and 4 (photos, Q&A responses, and power/lighting plans); vendors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment.
