About this opportunity

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) as part of a pre-solicitation process for its 2025-2030 Ready Campaign, a national public awareness and preparedness campaign. The agency is seeking industry input on its requirements, which include managing a nationwide multi-year campaign to engage a majority of U.S. media markets through broadcast, print, and web public service announcements (PSAs). The campaign will also involve partnering with creative firms, leveraging relationships to secure donated talent and media placements, conducting targeted outreach to specific audiences, and evaluating the overall effectiveness of the campaign's communication efforts. Responses to the RFI are due by May 10, 2024.

This pre-solicitation notice indicates that the upcoming contract will be set aside for small businesses. No potential incumbents or current contractors are named. The government has not provided any details on the anticipated award value or budget range for this requirement. However, the RFI does include options for vendors to provide budgets for the Ready Campaign's National Preparedness Month activities and a full one-year implementation of the overall contract.
