About this file

The file is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for a FEMA solicitation (WX03345Y2025T) for a self-supporting tower installation project. The opportunity involves tower, antenna, grounding, and transmission line installation, with a project scope that excludes foundation work. The estimated contract value ranges from over $10,000 to $250,000, with a 90-day completion period from the award date.

Key details from the vendor Q&A include confirmation that this is a new requirement, not a continuation of an existing contract. FEMA will provide the tower, antenna, and anchor bolt templates, with anchor bolts already embedded in the foundation. Potential vendors inquired about project specifics such as tower specifications, shipment logistics, and scope boundaries. The solicitation is specific to tower, antenna, grounding, and transmission line installation with testing, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work.
