About this file

This is a Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for contractors and grantees working with the Pennsylvania Game Commission's Bureau of Law Enforcement on the 23BLE East Vehicle Upfit and Removals contract. Contractors must designate an authorized official to execute the certification on behalf of their organization, affirming their organization's compliance status with all applicable Pennsylvania labor and workplace safety requirements.

The certification carries significant legal consequences for non-compliance. Contractors providing false certifications face contract termination and three-year ineligibility to bid on Commonwealth contracts under 62 Pa. C.S. 531 (Debarment or Suspension). Contractors are required to report any changes in their compliance status to the Purchasing Agency immediately. The certification is subject to penalties under 18 Pa. C.S. 4904 (Unsworn Falsification to Authorities). The form was published on February 7, 2022, and serves as a binding compliance document for all bidders on Pennsylvania state and local contract opportunities.
