About this file

This document is a set of work site pictures related to a federal contract opportunity for the replacement of a Network Control Center (NCC) Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).

The solicitation is for a full and open competition with a NAICS code of 335999. It is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using simplified acquisition procedures. The pictures show the current UPS setup, including the power feed from the main panel, the conduit and flexible conduit distribution, and the UPS power access point under the raised floor. The requirement calls for the replacement of this NCC UPS system. Partial quotes and partial awards will be considered. The government intends to award a resulting purchase order.

Text version

The UPS sits atop the raised floor in the network control center (NCC). The feed line traverses (Image 1&2) the wall from the main power panel and then down through a conduit body into the raised floor.

After the conduit body, flexible conduit (Image 3) then distributes the power to the UPS power access point under the raised floor. Rigid conduit (left side of image 3) distributes power from the UPS power access point to rack power panel beneath the raised floor.
