About this file

This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Woodburn School District in Oregon for cafeteria furniture for Woodburn High School. The RFP seeks competitive proposals from qualified vendors to supply and deliver furniture for the school's nutrition services department. The project involves purchasing various cafeteria furniture items, including 12 four-top tables, 8 eight-top round tables, 16 top tables, ADA chairs, a column wrap table, mobile folding booth tables and seating, and café tables. Proposals are due on November 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM local time, with an intended contract period from award date to furniture delivery, ideally completed by March 29, 2026.

The evaluation will be based on a 130-point scoring system, with 50 points for cost, 35 points for furniture design, 15 points for service and delivery, and additional points for American-made products and small/minority/women-owned businesses. The district requires vendors to be school furniture design and manufacturing specialists with ten years of experience. Pricing should be inclusive of delivery, with F.O.B. destination terms, and all shipping and handling charges included in the bid amount. The school has specific color preferences (Royal Blue, white, grey, and black) and requires furniture that is modern, sturdy, portable, and designed for high-volume cafeteria use, with a minimum 15-year warranty on all items.
