The Contractor is responsible for coordinating all inspections with the owner at least 2 full business days prior to the needed inspection. The Contractor shall also coordinate with any owner provided 3rd party inspection firms and any jurisdictional required inspection. Project delays as a result of not requesting inspections in a timely manner do not release the Contractor’s obligation to deliver the project on time and are not a valid justification for cost or schedule change.

In the event that more than one company is found to be the most qualified in the technical review, the Owner at their discretion may choose to perform technical interviews for more clarification with all the most qualified bidders or select the lowest cost most qualified proposal.

Reviews will be completed by the Owner’s management and engineer.

Section 2 - Site Access and Surrounding Work
