The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service employees in South Carolina counties of Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester under Wage Determination No. 2015-4427, Revision 33, effective as of May 13, 2026.

The wage determination provides hourly rates and fringe benefit requirements for approximately 200+ occupational classifications spanning administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional, laundry and dry cleaning, machine tool operation, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective service, recreation, stevedoring, and technical occupations. Rates range from $9.74 per hour for waiters/waitresses to $48.27 per hour for aircraft crew training devices instructors and flight instructors. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week or $222.00 per week) for health and welfare, with additional benefits of $5.69 per hour under Executive Order 13786. The determination includes specific footnotes addressing computer employee exemptions, air traffic controller night pay and Sunday differentials, hazardous duty pay differentials, and uniform allowance requirements. Vacation accrual begins at two weeks after one year of service, progressing to four weeks after 15 years. Employees receive eleven paid holidays annually.
