About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for an EMI Chamber B HVAC Replacement solicitation at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The Q&A clarifies that a site visit already occurred on February 20, 2025 at 1:30pm and that there are no scale wage requirements or minority business requirements. It also addresses contractor training requirements, noting that Anti-Terrorism Level 1 Training and iWatch training initially listed in the SOW are not required for this purchase, and the COR requirement has been removed. A revised SOW will be issued to reflect these changes.
