About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation W91ZLK-25-Q-EMI2 for EMI Chamber B HVAC Replacement at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The document addresses four questions from potential offerors: 1) Site visits - confirming a site visit was scheduled for February 20, 2025 at 1:30pm, 2) Scale/wage requirements - none specified, 3) Minority business requirements - noting this is a small business set-aside purchase, and 4) Contractor training requirements - clarifying that previously listed Anti-Terrorism and iWatch training requirements have been removed and are not required for this purchase, with a revised SOW to be provided.
The document also indicates that a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) will not be needed for this action and has been removed from the Statement of Work. This Q&A provides administrative clarifications rather than technical specifications about the HVAC replacement work itself.
